turbo in the winter

i live in nd and i was wondering if having a turbo in a civic in the very cold if there would be any problems? just curious incase i boost.

cold air is good for boost, i dont know about below freezing or snow though

the colder the air the more chances it will spike, they make stock cars with turbos that obviously have to sustain numerous winters, so i think it will be fine, its just the traction part u need to be worried about

Just give it enough time for the oil to get everything lubbed up and you should be fine.

thanks for the help. do you have to worry about the turbo not working right like freezing up?
