SF kit + NY inspection

For anyone who was wondering about this and if it would pass inspection.
well it will.... I went last thursday to have the car inspected and it passed no problem, first time.

NOW its time to buy my new plates

yeah i passed emmisions.
and yes i have a cat.
car passed no problems, passed as if it was brand new just out of the show room the guy said.

They tested your emissions in NY? What part of NY are you from b/c I just was there and they didn't. Seems like that is what every state is going to start doing sooner or later.

emissions testing is aimed more towards the city. the cost for inspection down there is around $30 because of emissions testing. it only cost me $15 for inspection out this way. I hear they may start testing for emissions throughout all of NYS in the future.

i have stock cat. with N1 catback exhaust 2.5" piping and EX model vic.
