they dont come w/ a book because its a tach dude. They might come w/basic wiring instructions but seriously there should only be like 3 wires. Power, ground, and rpm signal.
Don't drink and post, you will end up hilarious.

ok there should be 4 wires
1) ground
2) power
3) revs
4) illumination
Ground Wire - The ground wire should be close to the tach itself, if you remove the panels under the steering column you'll see a 12mm bolt just sitting there. Attach the wire to this and use it as your ground.
Power - ***WARNING is you dont disconnect your battery you must wrap the end of this wire ( the end that will be fed through the fire wall) in electrical tape because any contact with metal will cause your fuse to blow out. So either disconnect the battery or wrap the exposed end in electrical tape.***
Open up your under the hood fuse box and locate the HORN STOP fuse remove the fuse and place the end of the wire under it and reinsert it.
Revs - This is the blue wire that was talked about earlier. Its over by the battery in a bundle, just pop off the cap and connect
Illumination - Open up your under the hood fuse box and remove the right headlight fuse, place the end of the wire under the fuse and reinsert the fuse.
Now that have all your lines connected you need to feed them through the firewall. If you look down past the steering column and to the passengers side you'll see a sorta of neon blue line comming through the firewall. This is the point thats easiest to feed the wires through.
