How can I tell the sizes on the intake and exhaust wheels in my other turbo thats for sale

i know the exhuast side should have a number towards the bottem
if there isn't a information tab/plate attached to the turbo itself

go to Catalog, then down to the bottom for Turbocharegers and Accessories. Then select Compressor Wheels etc etc. It's basically a copy of Turbonetics' old website. Their new one is still under construction. You can find all of the info there if you know what type you bought (assuming it wasn't special).
