No one stated that is the problem with their car, and if they did, I missed that. Of course then they are not going to honor the warranty then if the piston rings were fried as a result of hard boosting, or the clutch going because of track racing. What I am saying is if all of a sudden your electrical system burns up in your car and they won't warranty it at all because you lowered the car w/ springs, that is BS and is where the ACT applies.

well i meant the engine warranty, yea the suspension warranty, and all the interior parts warranty are still there, it all depends on what u modify, and most likely if ur turbo people use elctrical guages and other things related which are sautered into the wiring harness......i see what ur saying now, dezod, i thought u were trying to say that the turbo doesnt void the engine warranty

? I know exactly what he was saying, If you are not responsible with the boost do not get a turbo, especially if you got an extended warrenty that costs 1K$.Where how and when did he discourage anyone to buy a turbo kit?
Some people. i would have gotten it installed, but damn, the car is brand new with 1,200 miles on it, the engine is'nt broke in yet and i got that stupid extended warranty.. that's alright - i'll wait a few years to do it or keep my 4grand and save up a few more paychecks and do an engine swap with the K20A or something. I found a place to get it for around $6,000 shipped directly from japan and then HASports is here in phoenix, and they were the first successful company to do the K20 swap into a 7th gen vic. I could certainly have them do it
that's a while to come..

If it were me, I'd cash-in the warranty, take that check and get boost.

Instead of worrying about the extended warranty loss, just cash-in the remainder of the warranty. I highly doubt you'll even need it. Get boosted, and tell the guy in the next lane to kiss your ***.

Depending on the warranty, you may be able to get a prorated refund. Seeing as how you have less than 1300 miles on your car, and probably have not used the warranty yet, you should be able to get most of your money back. To my knowledge Honda offers two different types of warranties, one of which a refund is applicable. When I totaled my accord I tried to "cash in" the remainder of my warranty, but could not because I purchased the other warranty. If you call the dealer and ask to cancel the warranty, they can tell you if a refund is an option. Don't know if this helped any but good luck.
