our ecu's have not been able to be programed (chipped}
jet is the only company that would probally do it .. but they suck.

hondata is the only other company that i would trust to do it and they;re a piggyback ne way...

the only way to use a fuel management properly is to convert to a return fuel line...
IF YOU LOOK in the FORSALE forum... BOOSTED2K2... one of my friends.. is parting out his turbo....

he went the custom route ur headed.. and spared no expense.... he's actually selling his return fuel setup and E-manage.

two of which u should buy.. or do urself.

other option is to buy sf fuel system for 600ish.
