So long as you get a good intercooler, such as a Spearco or GReddy that has good flow, you can get just about any size you'd like that fits behind your bumper. So figure out how you're going to run your piping, and then measure how much of the bumper hole you want your intercooler to fill, and figure out if you want to do any bumper cutting. Bigger is not always better, you'll reach a size where the increased lag and pressure drop across the intercooler is worse than the cooling effects of a larger intercooler core. This size is pretty huge though, so I'd say just get the biggest intercooler that will fit behind your bumper.

As for turbo choice, it depends on what you want the car for. The T03/04 will make slightly more power due to it being a larger turbo, but the T3 should spool slightly faster. Much also depends on which brand of turbo you are going to go with, because that can make all the difference in the world. If you have a brand of turbo you can get cheaper through shop connections or something like that, then you figure out which of that line you want, because almost every turbo producer has a turbo that will work well with our engines, but they all call them different names.

Basically, both your questions are partly based on personal preference, so it's what you want on your car that makes the choice. For my personal recommendation, I'd go with the Turbonetics T3 Super-60 turbo if you want fast spool, or the Turbonetics T03/04B (what I have) for more power with a little more lag. Spearco intercoolers are great, and you can get them in just about any size you'd like.

I have a Garrett GT25BB and its rated for 325+ hp. It spools up very fast, and doesnt lag between shifts. If you only want 300 hp thats what Id go w/. BTW: Im selling my T25 manifold for $125 shipped.
