Question Where is SF, can people help??

I know there are a lot of posts about turbos, etc. However I can't seem to get a right answer, so if anyone can help me out please do. First I was wondering what is up with SF, I am really interested in his kit, but it seems like his customer service is hurting. Anyway can people help me out, this is what I want to do:

Upgraded turbo
Equal length manifold
intercooler

Basically the SF kit. However I wanted to know if it is safe to run 8 psi on a 01 EX coupe MT. That is the boost I want to run. I didn't know if alcohol injection is needed or not, and what other parts I need to get. I have the 2 gauges picked out, but what else do I need. I am saving now, but I kinda need a ballpark figure for how much it will all cost. Also I want to chrome my pipes so is that more than powder coating?

The last thing I was wondering is do I need a new front bumper to hide the intercooler than the OEM bumper?? Let me know guys. Thanks.

Also if I needed a new front bumper would I need the side skirts, etc. And if you guys could lay out some prices I would appreciate it so I can save this forum for reference.

ex with the alc injection shud be able to boost 11-12 psi i think, and little less with out. u dont really NEED the guages, or anything else really, just good to have to make sure ur not gonna f up ur car. turbo timer and electronic boost controller are nice, im saving up for those while waiting for kit to come, and new spark plugs.

dunno about the powder coating, i havent asked them for color yet or wutever. probably every bumper will show the intercooler through the holes, u can probably put black mesh or sumthin infront of IC to hide it or sumthin

edit
i paid around 3500 for the kit, with bigger turbo, equal length manifold, and alc injection
225 for 2 autometer c2 guages
turbo timer havent bought yet, the apexi is on ebay for around 80-90
greddy profec b spec 2 boost controller, for 290 but still looking for better deal

The other thing is I am not worried about seeing the intercooler, but does it hang lower than the stock bumper?

The intercooler sits flush with the lower core support of the car. It pushes the bottom of the bumper down a hair, but that is something that will be fixed if you use the stock push-in-clips or some zip ties.

Also, i have to apologize for the lagging on my replies and answering questions....

I am a college student, and i had finals the past 2 weeks, and with that and working full time, i had very little time to provide the quality of service that i usually have.

Anyway, finals are done, and i am back.
