what would be the best way for me to go: replace my 1993 d16 with a rebuilt one or replace it with a b16 out of a newer si. 
will it turn out to be too much of a hassle with the b16. what upgrades do ineed fot the b16

The best way to go would be to find a forum with people who own cars with that engine. Try Honda-tech.
