I need pics if you guys find the time..

I need to see a pic of the fuel rail with the fitting welded on the end for the return fuel system and any other pics of this setup if you have time...

I have all of the parts in and are ready to be installed but I need to know where to get this welded....

Thanks

Brandon

Give me a couple minutes...

EDIT: The end of the fuel rail is the only thing that needs to be welded. There shouldn't be any other welding involved

YOU ROCK BRO

couple of questions:

Did you have to put an extra hole in the top of the gas tank cover for the return line?
Do you need any extra fuel line "in" the tank?
What size is the welded fitting and where did you get it?
What size are the npt fittings on the lines?

Yes... extra hole in the top, fuel resistant grommet... it's in there nice and tight. (Fitting goes through... nut on the other side screws it together tight)

That fitting dumps directly into the tank. I replaced all the fuel lines in the tank though. You HAVE to if you are using a bigger pump or higher pressure. that whole setup in the tank isn't made to withstand much. Plus you have to get rid of a lot of parts to get a 92-00 Civic 255lph pump in. Blah blah blah. etc etc.

I dunno. Parts list is at home (CT).

No NPT. -AN!!!! I'm going aerospace technology biotch!

what parts are needed to run the return line? Is it difficult? How much would it cost me to have done at a shop?
