Use HP Civic EX header on an LX

Im planning on reduing all of my exhaust with HP products. And when I went to my shop I found out that HP does not make a header yet for the 2k1 Civc LX. To make a long story short They are going to drill a hole in the header and then place threds in the header for the O2 censor since the location of the censors is different on the two cars and then my cat converter will me moved toward the end of the car. I dont have any pics yet It will all be done in the next month so ILl post pics soon

using hp's race header the car will now be illegal to drive on city streets, the distributors of that hp race header should've told you that. If it is just the normal two-piece then you'll be fine. Otherwise I wouldn't suggest trying to pass emmisions anytime soon.
