Rep Power: 0 check this out... i'm getting the HP Racing motorsports headers in the mail soon. i'm going to spec it out, but i need some specs from the dc sports header. if the specs are the same you can get the HP Racing header for the same performance gains, but for 100 beans cheaper. i'll post a review after i get the headers in and some specs from dc sports.

Rep Power: 0 i honestly think that if ur really set on getting a header for your 01 civic, id wait for a cheaper model to brand to release one. The HP gains from an aftermarket are so minimal, that its not worth spending 300-400 on a header that aint gonna do anything for ur car...except look better. id recommend waiting for HP or Chikara, however the Chikara headers might be more expensive. oh yeah, they only make headers out for the 01 EX 5spd, so if you dont have that car, dont buy em, you'll be wastin ur money....they dont fit!

Rep Power: 0 I have a 2001 EX auto and got the 4-1 DC Sports ceramic coated headers.
Ceramic is the best for heat reduction under the hood, since I have a short ram AEM.
If you live near the ocean, you need to get the stainless steal headers, salt water air won't corrode the stainless steel.
If you don't live near an ocean, go with the ceramic headers. 4-1 for higher RPM performance, or the 4-2-1 for lower bands.

Rep Power: 0 i agree with piemaroon... from what i read in the honda tuner but find hard to believe, the DC Sports Header does not do much for the car.... i swear they said it only gives a HP gain of 1-2 to the wheels! not worth it for the money i personally think.. plus if you get turbo in the future you wont be using it cause it gets replaced by the turbo parts.
