Question for those with more tech knowledge than I.

I'm planning on getting a nitrous kit, more than likely zex and i have 2 questions


1) safety is an issue to me since i dont want my engine f/cked up....is it any better to get the venom system...they say its safer....whats the word on that line

2) if i run a 50 on stock...should i be fine. I'm told i will be like 100% ok on that low a shot.
I'm thinking though...if i buy a AEM regulator and bump up my fuel pressure a little...will i be safe running a 75 shot with my CAI and exhaust. *note* i will be changing the plugs.
And how much should i bump up the richness too....whatever is best...this will be for track use only so i dont care about the feul economy since i will just turn the richess back down for daily use.
