well I always leave my car in the on position adn wait for the gas needle to go up before i start it. But lately ive been noticing its taking longer to start, but only in the morning- by mid day or whenever I start it again, it cranks fine.
Btw, here's a video most of you havent seen - This was back when i first bought my car.

You dont have to wait until the gas needle goes up. There's already gas in the engine and fuel line from the last time you ran the car. You can just crank the car.

it take more amps to crank your car in cold weather then warm weather, hence your car takes a little longer to start up. Just check the voltage on your battery just to make sure.
You dont have to wait until the gas needle goes up. There's already gas in the engine and fuel line from the last time you ran the car. You can just crank the car.

I have a capacitor that has normal readings. 12.5 when engine is off.
11.9 when lights and sub is on with engine off
and 14.5+ when engine+lights are on.
Is that a reliable way to tell?? My battery is about 1 year old.
