One thing I learned is never buy a used battery since you can't make use of the warranty that most if not all batteries come with.

I was going to buy a yellow top online but decided to spend the extra at Pep Boys.
Well the battery died right before warranty was going to expire.
I got a brand new yellow top free of charge on the spot plus new warranty.
