need a recommedation
hey everyone i was wondering if any of you know a place were they fix rock chips on your front wind shield. yesturday i was on the freeway and a 18 wheeler's tires chucked a small little pellet size rock at my wind shield causing a chip. i live around the 626 area so i was wondering if anyone knew a place that repairs these kindas of things. to my understanding if i leave it there in time my whole windshield would just crack all the way..
mine spread like crazy. Its a very simple process, so anyone you really pick would be fine
Its pretty much clean the glass. put suction into the gap in the glass to take out any dirt. Use the chemicals that bond the glass, let it sit with uv lights for 10 minutes and your down. You will always be able to tell that there was a crack however becuase the light travel differently through it. Only problematic part would come from the fact that you have to ding the glass to sunction, so if the guy isnt careful, it will spread
