mcculloch hid kit h4

hows the quality like on mcculloch hid kits? perferably h4 hi/low beam kinds?
how much do these hid kits run for brand new? how about used but in good condition?

ive seen a few go on ebay and they seem to be a popular choice? but someone fill me in about these brands or any recommedations of brands.

mcculloch is ****. sorry to say, but they have a lot of outstanding issues with customers. don't buy from them.

catz is good, but you'll have a hard time finding any HID kit that has a warranty in the states...

at least their hid bulbs matches color, unlike some other brand where one is blue and one is purple

ive seen catz on few sites, but seems like their products are banned and arent for sale anymore.

aside that, is there any quality plug and play kit that will work on OEM housing and still perform good? im not looking to do any retrofits or anything like that, pretty much a HID kit thats ready to plug in and be used for good lighting. im not too worried about glare, i will aim them lower than usual to avoid blinding
