help with repainting front lip.

hey all
would anyone know the best option to fixing my front lip?
i let a friend (girl) drive the car (bad idea) and ended up with a scuffs on both sides. Much love to all girls that read this but there is a place for you in my car, and it isnt behind the wheel...

I am debating on whether to DIY it or take it off and have a shop do it. anyone ever do their own before? pictures would help too. thanks in advance.

Ehhhh.......Doesnt look that bad. I would just leave it and save the $150 at the shop. And its too much prep work to do it yourself. A lot of work!!!
