I was born on the eastcoast, and I used to love Carvel soft serve ice cream. They are all over the eastcoast, and when i moved to Socal there were a few on the westside...but they have closed down...and now i can only buy Carvel ice cream cakes from supermarkets.

Anyway, it looks like Carvel is making a comeback, and their first one looks to be in Thousand Oaks. Can anyone confirm for me if this one in Thousand Oaks is open...
