Front Mount Intake system

hey guys and girls( playing it safe...lol), just wondering what your thoughts were on the front mount intake system, they dont make it for our cars but that doesnt mean i cant fab it to fit...lol... for some strange reason i like them...not that i want to portray somthing that i dont have (boosted), I wonder if the gains r any better then the regular CAI..

what r your thoughts...

there is a similar intake available for our cars that places the filter in a scoop right behind the upper grill and those dont look like an intercooler. Although, if it works, go for it

It'll probably work if you're cruising on the freeway... but other than that...

IMO---instead of wasting your time and money on that POC, try fabricating an intercooler... errr, does anybody make intercooler for our cars yet? anyway, its up to you... be a guinea pig for us j/p

I have heard nothin but bad things about those types of intakes bro. A dude i know from a rival team has one and always complains about his and how he cant ride in the rain no more. Up to you bro, but I would not try it. Last thing you need is more problems with the car ya know.
