Totaled =(

I just wanted to express to everyone that I bought my 01 Civic EX Coupe in Nov 2000 and It was just totaled the other day by some idiot going 40-50mph goin up the on ramp onto the 101N in Woodland Hills. I'm bummed cuz it was my car.

I was able to drive it home cuz AAA would only tow me 7 miles or something.
Anyways, watch the on ramps. I was stopped at a Solid Red Meter light and the idiot didnt even see me.
Anyways, found out last friday from insurance co and its totaled.
Dont let this happen to you!

Yeah I'm doin alright I guess. My neck and shoulders kill but thats about it. Its live-able. They just gave me the #'s for my car. They said my avg worth is $11,556.00 w/ my car w/ 64k mi on it. EX model.
What do you guys think?

That's a pretty HIGH average value. At least you're okay and your insurance is paying for it. I don't think your premium increases since it was not your fault.

Also, I'm thinking of goin w/ an IS300. I notice retail for those are about 32k. I'm going to try to negociate w/ them. How much you think those things invoice for?

Sorry, I would give you the spoiler but my insurance company has already taken pics and given the estimate. I can ask them what they're going to do w/ the car and let you know where you can buy the tail.
