from what all the post it says he was runnin from the cops and losit, it also says that no one died, the passanger only had a couple cuts and bruses, dirver had a few more cuts, there is not enough blood for him to be dead, i have seen alot worse on crashes...

i dont see how it was possible for the driver to avoid that. i mean, after seeing those pictures, you'd expect to see the driver's body mangled up way behind the car since that rail pierced the car. and instead, he just had an arm bruise? oh btw, can i take that motor? jk.
