Today when i was leaving PCC, i tried to turn on my car. it just make a sound like the engine was trying but in slow motion. i tried it again, the engine tried again and did the same thing. the third time i tried, nothing happened. i went to go see if anything in my engine was off and nothing was. then i tried one last time, then the car turned on.... then i noticed that my interior light wer on... dam it....

i though i did some thing to my car and would have to get it towed away. gatta love that stock honda battery...

Man, thats a b*tch when you leave a light on cuz you cant see it during the day. At least you got it started and didnt have to have it towed/jumped.

Yeah...you gotta watch out for these things.
Do you park in a garage? If so then do what I always do...before you go into your house take a glance back and see if your car lights are off.

if the battery dies, it should be no worries. most college campus security know alot about jump-starting or just plain starting a car that wont work. when my sister gave me her 93 hatchy, the first day i drove it i left the lights on...they saved me. =)

yea they have a battery, but it is like 4 feet tall and they roll it around on a dolly

That happened to me about a month ago...

I was getting ready to go buy lunch, I turned the key and nothing... I started to panic but I noticed that my alarm siren was low and my cap was beeping. I know my battery was gone. It held on pretty long considering I have a system.

I ordered an Optima from Batteries R Us on Oct.09 and haven't received anything yet. They keep giving me the run around. The first week their system caught a virus. The secound week the ran out and they were on back order. the thrid week UPS hasn't passed by to pick it up.


Thank goodness I work from home.

What do you do at home Civicchic20? I'd really curious.. i wana do something similar.. and about the battery, i have a system too and lotsof acc. lights etc.. and my battery cranks my motor w/ the best of them still (has been over a year and 15k miles... maybe i should give it more time?

I work for a cruise line as a marketing specialist. My car has 37k+ miles and now is when my battery died. I thought it wasn't going to last that long.
