Question Front motor mount, just me?

Replaced mine last night with my buddy. Didn't even know it was busted until I was messing with my suspension a couple weeks ago and noticed it was ripped. Anybody check to see if thier's was ripped or torn? It's not like I run my car hard or anything but I think it ripped when I slid out down thunderbird mountain awhile back which caused it to tear. Oh well, it really didn't cause my car to idle bad, or mess anything up but I got a nice new rubber bushing and mount on now, it was fun installing the new one

I've heard that the front mount usually is the first to go just because it's there to hold the motor from shifting back and fourth kinda as a torque thing, right?,plus it's not that big at all.
Cost me $34 from Bell Honda from my buddy who hooks up all our car club guys who have Honda's, Autozone wanted $70.00, no thank you.

2K1Civic17"Gabe is an unknown quantity at this point
I replaced mine about 15,000 miles ago, maybe less. My car would not shift smooth at all, like a big shake. It should be ok now. It was free for me, since this guy owes my dad tons of money that owns a shop.

Very common. Mine went out and were replaced under warranty. I took Ashleys car in and told the same guy who did mine"Man, these things sure go out a lot".

He goes "yeah, when YOU drive it."

Butthole.
