so im driving down I-17 this morning...and all of the sudden this jack-hole decides that he wants to rubber-neck the guy that was being ticketed by DPS...he slams on his brakes which makes everyone behind him slam on their brakes...and the guy in front of me has no friggin brake lights!! i slammed on my brakes since i couldnt switch lanes fast enough (and because of other vehicles)...i avoided the wreck and stopped probably 3-4 inches from his rear bumper

god thats happened to me so many times on I17. that freeway is horrible.

you know in that situation, i always try to get as close as i can to the guy in front of me without hitting him, just so i can give the guy behind me more room to stop.
you kinda learn to do that when you have been rear ended twice.
