our cars were made in mexico anyways, thats why i want made in mexico by mexicans. It would work, it isnt made in the US. everything on our car, including the manufactured date, says made in mexico. At least mine does. I bought mine here in AZ at Bell Honda.

What does the VIN start with if its 3 then its from Mexico. Some Accords were from Mexico but I never saw that on a Civic! It should be a 1 from the US...

Peace

How diffcult is that to do? Obviously the painting is no sweat, but the disassembling/assembling of the brakes...how difficult is that?

I dont have a website that references the digits of the VIN and what they mean but we get our chassis code from it and Honda also indicates auto or manual trans in the VIN if a certain digit is an odd or even #.

First number of the VIN... assembly point
1- USA
2- Canada
3- Mexico
J- Japan
K- Korea
S- England
W- Germany
etc...

Second # indicates the Manufacturer of the vehicle so ours should all be _H_______...

Some Accords have 3 VINs indicating being built in Mexico. Plenty of Fords small cars also come from there in addition to VW's!
All EP's(02-05Si's) are S cars from England

The last 6 numbers of the VIN are your vehicle's unit number so the guy who says he has Type R # 1206 should have 001206 for his last 6...

Anyone add anything or correct anything on this???!!!

Peace

I hate those stupid people that dont know how to open their door. Like 2 days ago my girl and I were talking about how we agreed on the next person who opened their door into ours, would pay for it. Today, I actually heard this chick who cleans our office, open her door into mine and wham, a loud bang. My alarm goes off as always, so I look through the window, and she is just sitting there with her door sitting on my car packing her car up. I mean go to the other side, there was no car on the other side. I have 2 large chips out of my paint from this. Usually there is a little mark if any, but she left 2 large marks on my car. So everytime I wash my car I will think of her being a f'in bitc*. Im pissed. I hate those people, learn to open your damn door for f***s sake. It isnt that hard, especially when there is 12 feet between cars. I get my son out of his car seat, and hold him the whole way out of the car with like 2 feet between me and a car, and dont touch the damn thing. Thats where most my paint chips come from, is dumb *** people. They are all over this state.

My next mod now will be leather interior, followed by EX head swap. All this will be after the holiday season of course.

I may get rid of the chrome headlights and grill, for a black lower/upper grill, and maybe paint headlights. This would be first on the list, since its cheapest and need the outside to look cleaner.

not sure yet. I am wanting to save a little $$ before I sell them, so I can take them off and put new ones on at the same time. I was hoping for at least 7 or 800. I was gonna try a Cadi Site, since they would pay more and the wheels are universal. They looks pretty good on a cadi

Ill be getting a camber kit like this week or next. I really need one. My back tires are goin fast. Ive been dropped for about 3 or 4 months, and my tires are gonna go on me. I can feel it comin. If I get the camber kit I should be ok for a little while.

Time for a new upper grill. Will be ordering that like tomorrow, I painted my lower grill black, and my headlights black, so after I order that and get it painted, it will be my next mod. I installed the camber kit, and ordered a tower bar as well, should be here any day. Just doing some simple mods right now that wont blow a huge hole in my pocket. Still recovering from the ex's damn christmas gift

Call up Arizona Jobbers when you buy it, should be the cheapest place to get it. I am getting my car aligned right now, and having them set the rear to -1 camber. My toe is all of on the rear I believe, and the front might be now. Cant wait to get it back. I need some new tires big time though.

Well, the sedan handles are getting painted now. I'm gonna order a Dual Friction Centerforce clutch in the next few days. (My throwout bearing is ALL pissed off at me!) Ughh....I think I'm spray the headlights NBP. I should just buy Josh's. Josh hack some bucks off so I'd be stupid NOT to buy em. lol And ughhhh.. thinking about taking a dookie later as well. I'll let you all know.......about the dookie of course.
