i was pulling out of a local car audio place today and there was a shitload of traffic on the road. i was trying to make a left too. well i stoped to see if someone would let me out. a guy did and i started to pull out..well i forgot the part of the road had 2 lanes. so as i was crossing the first one i forgot about cars coming from the second lane. without thinking i pulled out and saw a truck headed right for me. the guy in the truck panicked so i blasted the gas and got out of the way. we clipped each other. i pulled into the turn lane and put my hazards on. at first i was kind of dazed out on what had happened. right as i was getting out of my car a sheriff pulls up and asks if we had been involved in a wreck. i was like "hell i dont know" but obviously he had better things to do because he switched on his siren and blue lights and took off. the guy in the truck came over and he said he got real nervous and ****. i showed him the spot where he clipped me. then we went to his car and he showed me his. his wasnt that bad. there was some black paint from my car on his red car but thats about it. i asked if he needed my information and he said not to bother with it but just drive more carefully. nice guy. although i dont know what im going to do. you really cant tell its there from a distance. but when i was my car you will be able to for sure i bet. any suggestions??
