01 EX vs. 02 ZX3

01 EX vs. 02 ZX3
I agreed to race my friend so he could show off to some girls in his car. He had 2 girls and a huge kid in his focus, and I had to medium people in my car. To start I have EX with OEM bodykit, 17s, and a system. Thats all that might add to my weight or pressure. My engine is stock for the moment but mods are comming very soon. His focus has an intake, and some other goodies. So we go back to a huge straight away that no one drives on. We line up and he goes 1, 2 3, and we take off. He pulls so my front os about even with his side door. I hit second first and pull a tiny bit up then he hits 2nd and pulls ahead a full car length. 3rd pulls another and stays that way untill the end. I dont care too much i knew he would beat me anyways. Its always fun though.

I've raced and beaten 2 ZX3's in my DX sedan. ZX3's are slow.
I ran a turbo'd one with my S2000 and walked him hard. Wasn't impressed their either.
What IS impressive, however, is the recall record that the focus holds.
