Pedal work techniques - some links

This have been posted on the thread:
https://www.civicforums.com/forums/6...-you-wear.html

but since the thread name is somewhat different, i thought it would be best to post separately.

for who does not know the techniques, here they go:
double clutch - this also combines the heel and toe altogether and all the complicated fine pedal work.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_clutch

Heel& toe - yes, it matters to FWD too - i can lock my front wheels in an ABS car if i force the trans- and if you have a beefy rear sway bar, it could cause the car to oversteer depending on where of the start of the corner you do. if doing this after entering the corner, it could get messy....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heel-and-toe

left foot braking - i also mainly trained this when driving rental auto cars. With the rear sway bar, i can do oversteer u-turns if need be, no parking brake at all.

Here is another good reference for driving tech and autoX:

Re: Pedal work techniques - some links

this is slightly off the subject, but shows well a difference between a inexperienced driver (white shirt) and a more experienced one - blue shirt.

This is also interesting since it shows that you can setup a FWD car to have oversteer.

By all means feel free to it!
Contributions to the reference material is always welcome Just not taking questions, since it reduces the usefullness of reference materials - you would not read 100 pages to find the info you want, right? ...

Created this thread, so it will be easier to search and locate... I mean, if the thread name is what shoes do you wear, you would not open it...

Eh, I opened it up when it first came up, thought it was a tire thread, saw a picture of some actual "Shoes"
A bit of talk about AutoX, and never opened it up again XD
