NHRA Rulebook 2005

Does anyone know a link where to find the new NHRA rulebook for 2005. I know you can buy it I think but someone has to find it online. I think this link would be helpful to people who add turbos and nitrous to our cars and need to know what the rules are to pass tech inspection to race at the track. If anyone can find it on here please post it. Thanks

It's not on-line unless someone scanned it in, which I doubt will happen. Spend a few bucks and support the organization.
