Yep no worries, you can take a lot of cars youd be surprised. A lot of people bad mouth the car saying its slow and all, but to me its enough to handle its own, If you got the 5-speed its a very fun car to drive.

Why do people think, just cuz they have a MT they can take out an AT? He still has 160hp/141trq to your 127hp/117trq. You lose more power to the wheels than he does, only because he has MORE HP/TRQ so his lost to the wheels will not be as much as yours. Only way ull win if he doesnt brake-launch his car right.
Just because you beat an accord w/ the same numbers doesnt mean you can beat the RSX. Your lucky if you ex dynos over a 100hp, we all know a base auto rsx dynos well over a 100hp

compare the numbers kids. we've had stock MT civics go as well as high 15's to flat/low 16's.
a base auto RSX is around a mid 16 second car, maybe low 16's with a great launch, at best. (even at clubrsx, a quick search proves that's the times people are getting)
high 15's/low 16's > low 16's/mid 16's.
unless of course the laws of time don't apply to an rsx and it can just magically warp to the finish line.

, I can't believe nobody caught that, this has to be the stupidest post Ive seen on these forums. For example: ANYBODY can hop into a type-s, than drive a cobra and say "a cobra is faster, BECAUSE IT IS". The cobra FEELS faster, PERIOD! For another personal example, i drove a base oz rally 120hp/130trq, hopped in a evo 276hp/286trq, THE EVO IS DEF FASTER. Do you need any more comparsions? How about the sI vs. SpecV? Anways, far as your example, who ever said the heavy *** altima feels faster than the lighweight track ready s2000 needs to be smacked up with a wrench! To answer your question you would probably beat the RSX and there is only one way to find out huh? As for some cars feeling faster than others i agree if a car has a smooth powerband its not gonna feel fast so you may think another car is faster when it really isnt.

Yes, the AT loose more power to the wheels, BUT since he has MORE crank horsepower and torque compared to the coupe, he's not gonna loose more power than the MT vic. Like I said in my example, stock vs. stock a MT civic ex coupe dynos close to 98-102whp, compared to a base rsx AT which pulls about 120-125whp.

2004 RSX AT: 2771
Don't forget power to weight ratio. You beat the accord because of it's weight, I don't think ull have the same chance w/ the AT rsx.
Put it like this, ask people who own the car, go to clubrsx and ask the same question
