yup im talking stock off the show room floor my friend. oh, and after looking again, the stock time of a C5 is closer to 12.6 with the best drivers. the Z06 gets 12.2.
even so, 12.6 is a FAR CRY from the raggedy 13.4 you are claiming. so yes i guess the drivers that you have seen suck. in fact even on ls1 forums they said someone hitting a 13.4 in a stock C5 can't drive for sh*t
12.8 stock C5 though the guy admits he should be able to get 1.9 60' times. this was the only time slip i could find, but several others stated times in the 12.6-13.0 range.

Rep Power: 244 JetBlu, regardless of the times, you still haven't told us how you overcame 100+ hp. Let's say the car runs a high 12 1/4, you telling me you can come even close to that. And before you say it's your 60 foot time, even based on your mph, that vette is goin to be owning you.

Rep Power: 0 oh okay guys my bad....this dude here in shreveport just told me he ran 13.2@111mph with 2.0 60' in his '97 vette. Sorry I was going off the guys that told me they ran 13.4 and a 13.7...oh well, I still had fun with that vette and I knew the entire time I was gonna lose but hey never know when u get that chance again. Sorry I'm stupid and let this thing die...I wanna race some LOW 14 sec cars...i think i can get 'em
