Does it count when you OWN cars in daily driving situations not drag races. I mean Your racing but you know a turn pops up, or you changed lanes to avoid traffic or something?

Rep Power: 0 im saving my money up for a turbo kit too, so far i got roughly 1k. and i just bought some tyc headlights and hids. Now i have to retrofit them to fit the headlights. Anyways, if like the other guys on here you could get your boosted civic running around 250 hp you will own a lot of cars. My goal whp is around 230-240
