yea so today i had no classes from 11-2. i lost my keys and thought i wouldnt be able to leave skool. My dean found them so i left skool. i went down to central ave because my friend who owns a 96 jetta gl cut skool. so we went to mcdonalds and soon enough it was time to go. well he asked if i wanted to race just for fun. i was like whatever since i never raced my civic b4.
neways we went on the hutch and we started at 40. he beeped 3 times and we both gunned it. it was close at first but i started pulling away. after i shut down at 105 and next beside me is a older supra maybe 87. well we both passed him and we decided to run again. i was on the right lane my friend was on the middle and the supra on the left. it was red with tints and rims. i actually thought that the guy was actually gone race but he didnt. instead he slowed down and watched us race for the second time. same thing i pulled on him like a piece of cake. after we both shut down we just went cruising and some guy on the left lane pulled down his window and said something. later my friend called me and said that guy said "Ha, you lost to a civic" lmao..o0 well and for the supra he didnt run, it woulda been fun.
o0 yea the 96 jetta and my 01 ex are both stock.

sounds like a fun time. but yeah, when planning an race, at least do it where no ones around.. dont wanna hear ppl dying over a street race. do it like me, i travel about 15min to this back road truck route where no drivers are rarely at during night.. we go down their for fun and late night when no ones around.
