^^ you still can, you just have to fund it your self.....

Or run Foumula Atlantic or Formula Mazda.... they are only a step or two below F1...

Formula Atlantic : Cost: rolling chassis... 30,000-80,000 Depending on year and make


Formula Mazda : Cost about 40,000 for a chassis with engine...
