Ok so im driving to work tonight & out of nowhere, I see this black guy, dressed in all black, walking in the middle of the freakin road, walking straight towards me!! This is at midnight, mind you, so obviousely I dont see him untill hes like a few feet away & I swerve, barely missing him & almost crapped my pants. The guy didnt even move an inch, like he didnt even notice I was there!!! Ok WTF is the deal with these black people running across the road at night, or just walking down the middle of the damn road, completely oblivious to the fact that there are cars going 50mph WITH THEIR HEADLIGHTS ON straight at them!!! I see this crap all the time, & its pissing me off. I dont mean to sound racist or anything, but I cant count how many times ive seen this crap & its always been a black guy & they never seem to care about the people that are swerving around them & almost haveing a wreck trying to avoid them, its wierd. Maybee its just me, but has anyone else noticed this phenomenon??

^^Technically, it would have been my fault since in Tx, the pedestrian always has the right of way, which in this case is retarded, but still the law.
Logically it would have been his fault since anyone with half a brain dosent dress in all black & walk down the middle of the damn road at midnight!!

Whoa, now that I remember, I drove right through him with no damage to my car...& I felt a cold breeze too, & when I looked back, he was gone. Hmmm...

It would have been a manslaughter charge, if you hit him. I think its in all states. That happens to me every now and then. Damn idiots dont know and different. White or black, not being racist, dont walk in the middle of the fv@king road.

The only reason "they" don't flinch is because they are on drugs. As with any street walkers in the middle of the night. Sometimes they don't even see a car coming or here the horn honk. I don't know how they live like that some people. They'll learn when they break their legs when they get hit.

Yeah the way to and from school. I hav to drive through this part of town that is a majority of black people so all this like elementary school and middle school black kids just cross the road whenever they want and walk right in the middle of it so that u have to slam on ur brakes and swerve. if u come close they just stare at u like "wtf wrong with u". God they **** me off!!!
