so far most of the people i know advance there timming insted of retarding it
let me know witch its the best way since you have tha mod

because you have an 4 door sedan and ran 16.3 non vtec engine

basically, I didn't get a chance to dyno, cuz I'm waiting to get my safc and jetchip (which is next year)...then I'm going to dyno it.

you sure most ppl in this site are advancing the timing instead of retarding?
I did some research before getting the cam gear...and answers were retarding to 2 degrees...I tried advance 3 degrees...and I did 16.4 to 16.5 with leak exhuast...now retarded to 2 degrees and getting 16.3...
actaully...without a performance cam, the cam gear is kind of useless...as everyone agree...

I recommand you get the crank pulley instead of the cam gear...it gives you much more power from low to high end...

warm engine, off for 1/2 hour...

Not quite sure why I couldn't get into 15's with the header and hi-flow cat...

anyone have any ideas?
