Bro.. let me try and help you out since this site sometimes has ****** that get frustrated easily by rhetorical questions.
First off, you should always search for your questions. I did a search of your questions and found alot of answers.
Now, to answer your question... The pricing DOES NOT include installation. Installation should be done by an qualified AND experienced technician. My SF kit will be installed by my boy Luis that owns a shop. He used to work with RX7's for a long time with Petit Racing prior to opening his own shop. He has the skills and experience to know how a turbo should function.
About the safe PSI, I ran a search for this and came up from 5 - 7 psi. 7 is ok but wouldn't venture out to 8 and higher without speaking about it with someone who knows... or without an alcohol injection kit.. Alcohol allows you to safely increase psi without any internal modifications, engine wise.
I am also learning bout turbos.. never had one and this will be my first.
All my answers to you were provided courtesy of the search button located to the top of this page.. (It's blinking red for your convienience =) )
