The intercooler piping is 2.25". And install is $300.
To secure your $2900 price, you have to put down a $1000, non-refundable deposit. This is to make sure that the buyers are serious.

Noone answered my question yet - does the turbo come with a dual ball bearing cartridge or is that an upgrade?

The turbo xs BOV's have been on backorder for the past 2-3 months. We can not get any. So we picked up some other bov's. It is what Civic zex has on his car. They are actually pretty good quality BOV's, and we are thinking of sticking with them because they are readily available.
No, the cartriges are not the dual ball bearing. But these type of turbos have lasted the test of time, most having over 200,000 miles on them on the stock volvos, saabs, and other cars.
Yes, you can get the RFL, we can get a hold of them, but they cost extra.

Well, the RFL is about $60 more.
Vinh, you just have to finish paying it off before we send it out. We would prefer a deposit, then the rest in one large payment, just so nothing gets confused.

It only has the adjustable wastegate, no boost conroller. And the shipping is $90 to the 48 states. If you are located somewhere else, just pm me and we will figure out a shipping plan.
hey Catalyst, can you suggest an exhaust midpipe to go from between the turbo down pipe, to where the 'cat back' begins. I am not looking for a catted section, but rather something to replace the entire cat system- at 2.5"
Would something like this work out ok considering our O2 set up? thanks.

Do you have an EX or an LX?
If you have an LX, the cat back goes all the way up to the downpipe.
If it is an EX, you will have to replace the cat and the head pipe if you want to go with something bigger. If you are going to do that, i would just recommmend a muffler shop do a custom job, since the pipe is completely straight, except a small bend at the very end.

also, about the O2 sensors..
on my lx, i replaced the cat with my turbo. so i do not have a cat. But with the turbo on it, i do not get a check engine light because the turbo acts somewhat like a cat, so the O2 sensors still think that you have one. I would think that the EX would do the same thing when you remove the cat.

the web site is www.staffordfabrication.com
it has a temporary site up right now, but will be fully functional soon.
the fuel system is $575
The stock fog lights have to be removed because of the piping.
we cannot do any financing. sorry guys

Ok im a little confused on what the best kit for the EX would be, and the price per hp isnt to appealing. around 3600 + for your best kit + $$ for gauges and gauge pod your around 4,000 +, for what 90hp if that . $45 per hp seams alittle steap to me. Does anyone in here push 240Hp without nitrous, safley? It seams like unless we swap engines the srt 4 will still beat us.

if u have the money and time to put it in and have a 2nd vehicle to drive around then swap it.....if not, then ur only other option besides buying a new car is boost.

even on nitrous our cars are not hitting 240 whp. And most honda owners pay $60-150 for a short ram and upwards of $200 for a cold air intake. For what? 1-2 whp? Then they spend $300 for an exhaust and gain another 3-5 whp. Then spend $200-300 on a set of headers. That gains them another 5 whp. So they spend upwards of $600 for 12 whp? Come on.
I had the base kit ($2900) with the alcohol injection upgrade ($100) and i ran a 13.6. The only person on this site that has a D17 close to that is futurersxswap, which ran a 13.7, and he has the same kit with the same upgrade.
We have a car in our shop right now with the RSX-S swap, and i ran circles around him. His fastest time is a 14.6 @ LACR with intake/exhaust.
If you can get your car into the 13's with less $$ into your car than $3000, tell me your secret. And dont tell me nitrous, because the car is still slow when you dont press the button. (not bashing you nitrous people).
For you automatic guys, i have heard from many of our automatic customers that if you use some performance transmission fluid, the tranny does not slip and it doesnt overheat. If you live where you drive up a lot of hills, i would recommend a tranny cooler.
