Hi, has anyone ever contacted Luminics Bulbs before?? I've called them many times and I always get their voicemail. The first time I left a message, I didn't get a call back, so I called again and got voice mailbox full. The next day I called again (got the voicemail) and left a message, and i never got a call back so I called again and got mailbox full again. I have also sent them many emails and don't ever receive a response. Their toll free number doesn't work (maybe since i'm from Canada, but not sure) therefore, I get charged each time I make a long distance call to them and get the voicemail (in California). My left headlight bulb (Pure Blue) burnt out and I only bought the set a month ago!! If anyone knows any other way I can contact them, please let me know. I need to get my bulbs exchanged!! Thanks!

this is old news. they are no longer authorized luminics distributers due to these problems. there is a new authorized seller on clubcivic.com who ships to canada and honors the one year warranty. if they blow, he sends you new ones free.

dammnnnniiiiittttttttt!!!!!!!!!! If i only knew this before!!

Do you know who the seller is on clubcivic? I guess i'm going to have to purchase a new set..Also, you have any idea how I might be able to get these exchanged or how I can contact the luminics bulbs company itself?

not sure how you could contact the manufacturer but i doubt they will be able to do anything.
