Impulse (Jay)/Vividlights.com = HORRIBLE SELLER
You guys do realize that ImPulse's supplier fvcked you and he fvcked ImPulse also. He lost a ton of business cuz of his supplier's fvcked him hard and is now left to be blamed for everything. He tried his best to get everythign back to normal but his supplier simply fvcked him and there is nothing he could have done.
Its like buying Enron stock through a broker...... the broker (ImPulse) thinks everything is good but the Enron CEO and crew (ImPulse's supplier) has other ideas on how to fvck people. So people get fvcked and there is nothing the broker can do because he has no control over his supplier.
I feel bad for ImPulse cuz he is a good vendor and now everything went down hill cuz of some a$$hole (supplier).
Also, since this site was the only way to communicate with him everyone who complained really bad basically fvcked yourself cuz he is now banned and is not in position to help everyone.

obviously there is a risk involve for the seller to do that (ie need money out of pocket first, and chance of over stock), but if u want to make money, that's what u have to do to prevent something like this from not happening.

the supplier shipped out a harness to me last friday and i recieved it yesterday. HOWEVER, they shipped me the wrong harness!!!! wtf, they gave me a high/low harness when i just need a low beam harness. well, it looks like i'm shipping it back out tomorrow. Black03Civic didnt recieve anything yet however...

you're right baout him buying the stuff first but dont forget how many good transactions ImPulse had with everyone here..... i think he had close to 100. The supplier started fvcking up and ImPulse got caught int he middle of it and all of the sudden everyone jumps the gun and call ImPulse a scammer. You guys are so wrong..... I talked to him and he told me how pissed he is that because of some fvck up supplier he basically lost his entire business.
And because of all this complaining instead of hearing him out, he gets banned and now there is no way to communicate with him. His still trying to make everything right with the poeple who got him banned in the first place....

If he is such a good seller, why does he take forever to reply to email and ignore his phone? Since he gives the "I'm busy" excuse, he shouldn't be in business. I sure as heck won't be with the schedule I have. And yes looks like most of the blame falls on the supplier, but it is also the vendor that gets blamed obviously. Its not our fault he chose a bad supplier. You know I ordered something monday from lightingbyaurora.com, the company said they were out of stock and had to contact their supplier to have them make more. They get back to me ONE day later and email me a tracking number. They were so sorry for the delay that they offered to assemble all the light components and wire for free. Now THAT is good business. Not this crap, oh i've waited 3 months and nothing. wtf are they making the hid kit in their factory? unacceptable. Man if it were me I would be pissed.

I agree. The point I'm trying to make is that ImPulse is not a scammer as he has been called. He might of done a better job and all but he is not out here to take your money and run. But thats done with.

Can't say that I don't agree with you. Just a shame on how things turned out. Hopefully you'll get your stuff.

Rep Power: 0 this is complete bullshit, because one person or two people had a problem doesn't mean he should be banned! I got my kit from impulse and it was what was expected, please don't blame it on him. Surly any company can have a problem like this.

He sold me the white Mtec 9006 bulbs for my car, and they are by far the best aftermarked "xenon" solution out there, in my opinion. I've tried lots of different manufacturers too. He answered emails/pm's very quickly, and he shipped my bulbs to Ontario, Canada very fast. He was probably just overwhelmed by all the business and just snapped. Oh well, it happens.. for those that got his products, they are top grade.

Rep Power: 305 ^^^ i did call the supplier again. i call that guy once every 2 weeks. everytime i talk to him, he keeps telling me he's gonna send it out that day. well 2 weeks go by and i call him again. he then tells me that he "just got a large inventory of HIDs in" and he has to inventory them and see if he can send me out one. this guys sent me the WRONG harness before and i shipped it back to him 4 weeks ago and i still havent gotten anything back. if he really did send it out last week, then i should have it today by the time i go home. but i really doubt that it will happen and i'm sure i'm gonna have to call him again. this is it, no more Mr. Nice Guy, they've taken advantage of me for too long to be patient...
