Question just a rear bumper with dual exhaust cut outs?

i dunno what to do and anyone with some good suggestions would really help.
i want to do dual exhaust to my car and the magnaflow silenced exhausts with the 2 and 1/4 exhaust from the cat will be around $350 total. ($200 for the 2 magna flows silenced exhausts) and $150 to do the work fitting on the tube itself. they bsed about the cat and said some stuff and i said forget it. can someone tell me if the mgnaflows are good exhaust backs?? im going to "Y" split the exhaust so i wont lose any horsepower. fact of the matter though is that i want to know if some one can tell me of any kits that look good with just the bmper for a dual exhaust? because they said they couldnt do it without knowing where the second exhaust back would go. SO ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME IF I CAN FIND JUST THE REAR BUMPER WITH DUAL EXHAUST CUT OUTS? AND IS THE MAGNA FLOW SYSTEM good? if anyone can help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated. if anyone is somewhere in georgia nearby it might even be better.

i haven't looked at my bumper in a while, but i'm pretty sure the xenon rear is symitrical (sp) so it would look ok there. if not you can always modify the bumper to make it work.

I'm not up for the duals on a civic period, but since you need help look at Razzi.com their rear bumper has two cutouts

thanks for the help you guys. and yeah i think duals look cool despite the loss of low end torque (if not done right from what ive been told)
