I have some concerns...
First off how long have you had your civic and how many miles do you have on it right now?
Ok now that i have that out of the way... I am kinda concerned and dont know if i should be.
I am wondering if i should be concerned because i purchased my civic in august of 2001. I now have 60,000 miles on my car as of March 19th. I am wondering if this should be a concern and how long do honda vehicles usually last(milage wise). Thanks for the info and help gals/guys.

depends on how you treat it, I have had my civic the same amount of time as you and have around 38k miles. Most hondas last past 150k and can last to almost 250k, but you have to take real good care of your car

holy jeebus you have a gang of miles on your car... i bought my car in april of 01 and i have 52000 and people tell me i got gangs... but damn... you win... but hondas have a reputation for having cars that are built to last... but of course that also depends on what type of stuff you've done to it... cuz i'm pretty sure the more mods you have... the life of the car slowly yet surely shortens... do you drive your car hard?? cuz i don't drive mine that hard... maybe like once or twice a day it'll go up to 5000 or so (stupid freeway onramp)... but yea dood you have a gang of miles on your car

Don't worry about it. If you haven't miss an oil change and keep good care of it there is nothing to worry about. I had a Cavalier that lasted over 200 K miles on it and the Civic is know for being more reliable.
your fine man, my buddy has a 94 civic and it has over 300+ and it still runs fine even after being in 2 accidents! it runs great. and since you keep up on the car thats even better you have nothing to worry about man, i dont always drive my car hard either but yesterday was a different story =] let me see yesterday was probably the only day i've driven my car hard in about 5 months! its ok to drive your car hard just dont do it all the time ya know, yea damn freeway ramps! thats when i have to due to traffic stupids semi's dont like to let me over =\
This is the reason I bought a civic... i was going to get a Lancer OZ Rally ed. however when i got thinking about it even though the civic has more miles... the reliability of Honda is what puts me at rest. The way you take care of your car I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Its a celebration bitches!

the engine will probly last a good 120,000 miles, after that you better watch out... thats when things start to go wrong

my friend( whos a girl) has a Honda accord like an 83, it has over 400k miles on it and the only thing that had to be replaced was the CV joints and a windshield wiper motor. It all depends on how you drive them. She got those problems fixed and drive it everyday. I hope mine last that long.
