Rep Power: 0 Engine break in period...
Just wondering after buying a brand new car, how long should you take it easy on the car, and how long should you wait to start doing mods? I'll be getting an Si (EX) Automatic, and I'm just wondering what I can do right away, and what I should wait to break the engine in for? Like short ram inductions, exhaust, etc... Thanks.

Rep Power: 0 information on the break in period is in the manual, i think. my dealer sat me down and told me all the mile-limits i should reach before doing certain things--flooring it, using cruise control, etc. i'm at something like 2500 miles only and i can pretty much do anything (i think )

Rep Power: 340 RAI? what kind of intake is that?
Anyway... I say 3,000 miles. So yeah, about 5,000 kilometers.
I don't see any reason not to put the intake on now though. It'll get used to having it on sooner.
