Im talking wheel hp/ft-lbs, I dont believe in quoting brake numbers, for obvious reasons.
i.e. my best torque figure on a dyno to date was 182.8 ft lbs at the wheels.
So again, do you really make 2x that ammount?

Nope, not that much. I guess I only make 25% more torque than you. Oh well. So how many motor swaps, turbos, head work, whatever did it take to make that much?
To make twice as much torque as you, I'd need a Stage 3 kit, which is a new chip, larger turbo, intake, exhaust manifold, and intercooler. Bolt on stuff.
But as the guy before said, let's get back to Black99Vtec...he still hasn't replied since he was put in his place...

Undeniably the member here with his modified 1.8T is laying impressive numbers down. I don't care for Golfs, but power is power, and as long as he isn't riced, it's cool in my book.

I just have a quick question. Lets just say that you do get your motor to put out 450whp, how will you even get that to the ground?? The civic chassis is not ment to take that kinda power. What are you going to do for axel's and all that good stuff?? Not to mention how you plan on building a trans to take that much either. Just be sure you take care of those things before you unleash that beast of a motor you plan on building. Good luck though [IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 0 Evening, normally a member of the s2000 forum I stumbled across this thread a few momments ago. After reading most off this ridiculous post, I saw the picture of this clowns custom gauges. I immediately recognized the car. Ive seen the car and I know the retard that drives it. Half of the crap, 85% rather, listed on his sig must br on a different car because Ive seen his worthless sh**box and Id sooner drive a metro then set foot in this thing. The car has some basic mods, intake, RACTIVE MUFFLER, and CUSTOM PIPING bent by midas. On several occasions he wanted race a friend of mine in his 00 Si. Claiming a no contest in his favor. But when it came down to doing for some reason he never showed up. My previous car before the s2k, was a 02 Gti 1.8T with some minor mods that put it to 15.0 @ 90.55 mph, nothing impressive really, but this wouldnt go near my car.....that being said I live about 10 minutes from this ***** and I will gladly put up thousands and thousands of dollars that he couldnt even touch an s2000. Yeah you got the pictures, I made mine own gauges, bleh bleh bleh.....you know where to find me. Bring the bad *** sohc out sometime.
