dropped just over 1", probably 1.2" or so, the ride is fine. I'm still looking for rims, probably 17's similar to Motegi MR7's/Konig Trantrums in silver or gunmetal.

Go with rims. There big $$$ but its worth it. I've got MR7's and they look good.

Here in this order :

Cleared Headlights : Done
Springs : Done
Rims/Tires : Major mod and the most satisfactory one. Well worth it. Nice Rims on anything make the car better.
Tint : Inexpensive, but helps the overral look of the car.

Now either :
Intake : Inexpensive, but adds in sound and little preformance.
Exhaust : To compliment the Intake
Headers : To finish the combination.

Or.

Body Kit.

After that you can mess around with it adding struts, gauges, or whatever the hell you want. But I think any clean Civic needs the above, Style with a touch of preformance.
