Re: My EM2
Got my tires mounted today to test fit the wheels on the car...its gonna be a tight fit:

This is on the highest suspension setting - do I dare go lower?
Excuse the less than spectacular shape of the car - its been and will be sitting for a while.

Re: My EM2
No no no...the gills and the rear bumper look kinda weird, so I'm gonna steer clear of that look...I'm just looking for some oem skirts and then the outside is pretty much where it will stay for a long time.

Re: My EM2
Lowered the front end some more to see how it looks/fits, and I ended up with a 1 finger gap so far...I'm thinking of going lower, but the tires are pretty big (225/45/17) and they rub on the liner a bit at hard lock, so I'm gonna have to remove or change the fender liner a bit to go lower...that, and the fender is going to need a bit of a roll.

Re: My EM2
I think they will look even better with a further drop...the GC are only down about half way, but i need to cut the stock strut mount off to drop it much further,

Re: My EM2
Got the hub centric rings installed on the front wheels, so I took her out for a quick spin, and everything seems to be running well; the only thing that needs to be fixed is the fender liners, which the tires rub on just a bit when turned full lock...but I'll fix that when I put my new side skirts on...which are ON THE WAY!
Took a few pics while the car was outside:

Re: My EM2
My car isn't gonna see winter or "extreme" dirt or mud for at least another year, so I don't really need them anyway...and on that note, my side skirts arrived today, along with a pack of fresh bumper clips and some replacement plastic for the cluster, so I've got some stuff to do

Re: My EM2
Side skirts!
Got these put on today along with a quick wash.
Left to do before I start driving it:
-Get insurance put back on.
-Get front tie rod ends and rear coilovers and rear camber arms done.
-Get the front and rear bumper and side mirrors and door handles painted.
-Get the random dents and scratches fixed.
She's almost there! At least for this summer.

Haha, I know your pain. i have the same foglights and not a clue how to wire the darn things. Not even my well-experienced mechanic neighbor quite understands it, lol
