My buddy bought a set of sony xplode speakers and they were smaller then he wanted so i just took them off his hands, brand new still in the box. Got the front ones in and my new cd player and the sound is 10x better, going to get my back ones in soon. What a hassle to get the old cd player out though, was a good hour job for me.

you're gonna have a fun time ripping every single panel in the rear off just to get to those speakers i can't believe honda didn't just design the rear deck to have removable speaker grills...

it's much easier to remove the rear deck in the 8th gen civics. hell even my dad's beater car (1989 accord) have removable speaker grills front and back. none of this removing over 9000 panels to get to the speaker bs

I just assumed they were, never really looked at them. The fronts were pretty easy but to put a new cd player in was a good amount of work.

Ordered new fog lights and thursday I'm going to get a set of kenwood 3 way speakers.

Just factory ones. I got everything along with the button but I realized I have a sunroof, cruise and power mirrors and have no place to put the button. Oh yeah, I installed some rear speakers today, I will be taking my car to get the tail lights spray tinted along with the front park lights maybe (probably not but considering it). For some reason my third break light wasn't plugged in and I never noticed till now.

Supposed to be buying a 15 inch kicker sub and an amp of which im not sure what name... We'll see how that goes.

And thanks, I used my graduation money for them, lol. New tires in the spring.

New additions :

two ten inch kicker subs, alpine amp (not sure the wattage), fog lights installed. ill post a pic when my tint is fixed and my lights are all sprayed (from a body shop with a paint gun and clear coat, some compound ect). Should look nice! Shame its winter.

Heres a picture of just the subs, never went to pick up the amp yet been busy. I got my fog lights to install too and I still have to make an appointment for my tinted tails
