We ran into an issue when trying to include everyone into the poll.

8. Unfortunately, the poll is limited to 20 options. Nearing the end of the month, the moderators will decide on the top 20 submissions to be included in the voting process- we will look for submissions that have great image clarity (grainy photos are unlikely to be included), those that aestecially will work/look good in the banner of the site, good background choices, etc.

I understand the winner of the ROTM will be put in the site header. What would you think about a contest to design the header among us photoshoppers that want to contribute?

yeah, in the "new threads" it'll show up everytime someone submits a vote, and say the last poster's name... its kinda weird, but keeps the active voting threads in the new threads section so ppl can still hit it up.
