pair of channel-locks and it's all mine....
i thought it would have an actual key, like the gas caps...so it just spins when you turn it if the cylinder isn't engaged

Cummon now, its still a sick oil cap.
Dunno what the characters say though...
Might end up like that video on youtube where the asian guy is talking about how white guys always date asian girls, but asian guys never date white girls... and he has a shirt that says "white people cant read this" in japanese. ...anyways, random on my part.

What's the purpose of having a locking oil cap?? I don't get it. Its a decent looking cap, but for $50 dollars, I've seen nicer ones than those.
Edit: I just read the description...

so you overtighten a cap and that makes it theft proof? you can overtighten virtually any cap with a pair or channel locks and a rag to keep from scratching it.

I get why they made it, but thats just a waste unless your worried about your oil cap stole at a car show. Other than that, there is no reason to spend $50 on it.

i think if i had something like that, i'd keep the stock ones in my tool box that i usually bring with...just in case....cause 50 bucks is way too much money to lose on an oil cap. doesn't matter who makes it, unless it says "Jared" on it and there's a big-*** diamond (or CZ ) in the middle of it...
